如果家是一个不断变化的移动迷宫会怎样？如果每日都能在家中进行一次新的疯狂创意游戏之旅会怎样？一个能自发改变形态的家能如何提升居住者的健康和提升幸福感？

CABLE荣幸与SPACE10合作，将展览《#家_万花镜》（Kaleidoscopic Home）首次引进国内呈现。该展览是SPACE10与宜家（IKEA）发起的“日常实验”（Everyday Experiment）系列数字项目之一。“日常实验”致力于与世界最具创新性的设计和技术工作室合作，探索简单、美观和友好的数字创新是如何改善家中日常的方方面面。

为此，著名创意技术工作室Tin & Ed创建了一个可帮助改善人们身心健康的AR应用程序。这个程序能将使用者的家变成一个游乐场，家具可在虚拟空间中不断变化成令人惊讶的形式。通过AR技术和物体识别，数字生成的新家具将在桌椅、地板、墙壁和天花板的表面出现。通过有趣的设置形式，数字技术将不断地改变使用者的家居空间，在熟悉的环境中创造出意想不到的路径。

在CABLE展厅内，数字实验还将被扩展到物理空间。通过一组由可持续材料制作的软雕塑家具，展厅将加强人们对这种混合空间的体验，从而打造一个沉浸式的游乐场，向观众展现未来生活的无限可能性。

What if the home could be a labyrinth of ever-generative flurries of activity, rather than a space of complacency? What if each day at home provokes a new excursion into wildly creative play? What if a home could be spontaneously sculptural, rather than static — and how might that affect our health and well-being?

This summer, CABLE joins SPACE10 to introduce for the first time the exhibition “Kaleidoscopic Home” into China. It is originally one of the exhibitions created under IKEA and SPACE10’s Everyday Experiments, which is a way of exploring how simple, beautiful, friendly digital creations can improve aspects of everyday life at home.

For Everyday Experiments, the famous creative studio Tin & Ed created an augmented reality (AR) application that could help improve people's physical and mental well-being. The app is capable of turning one's home into an extraordinary playground filled with an ever-changing array of surprising sculptural forms. Using AR and object recognition, generative forms would emerge from the surface of tables and chairs, floors, walls and ceilings. Through playful new configurations, the digital additions would continuously transform the user's space and create unexpected pathways through familiar surroundings.

Inside CABLE, the digital experiment will be extended into the physical space. Springing off from the digital environment generated by their app, the exhibition extends this augmented reality with tactile sculptures. The result is an immersive playscape that presents to the audience the infinite possibilities of future life.

Tin & Ed以野口勇、玛德琳·金斯和荒川修作的精神为指导，将展厅变身成一个鼓励玩乐的沉浸式装置。利用Tin & Ed的应用程序生成的数字环境为基础，展览将通过触感雕塑增强现实体验，打造一个适合各个年龄段的沉浸式的游乐场，引导我们走向无限的移动和存在方式。

展览中的软雕塑是由可回收的防撕布制成，柔软的形态内采用新型环保材料填充，可重复使用、重新塑形或工业堆肥。艺术家们与照明设计师Fady Sadeq和Asif Rahman合作，为充气雕塑增添了灯光效果，由此，雕塑展品便能将数字游乐场呈现在实体空间中。

CABLE空间也将结合诗歌《Questions For the Space You Live in》（《有关我们居住空间的问题》），引导观者反思如何感知我们的家，以及家如何带着它们藏匿的生命在反观我们自身。

通常情况下，科技创新是在秘密中进行的，远离公众视野。但是，如果我们另辟蹊径，让来自不同领域的人们聚在一起，共同畅想和讨论先进技术如何在家中创造更美好的日常生活，创作者与观众又将碰撞出怎样的火花呢？

宜家（IKEA）和SPACE10选择了一种非传统的方式，通过“日常实验”（Everyday Experiment）展示了合作的力量。在这个实验平台上，来自22个国际工作室的120多位参与者自由地开发了涉及新兴技术的创新概念，并公开分享给大众。本影片展示了合作、交流和公众讨论如何加速创意的产生，解锁对理想未来的新愿景。

为加深观众的参与感并从多样化视角展示展品以及未来人居生活的可能性，CABLE策划了一系列相应的公共活动。在开幕论坛中，SPACE10团队和参与未来城市空间设计的国内领先团队将分享他们在创意艺术、数字技术和居住环境领域的实践经验和见解。

此外，展览还计划进行即兴工作坊，鼓励参与者创造性地探索身体与空间之间的联系，沉浸在动作和环境的艺术融合之中。“#家”除了是万花境，还能是什么呢？在闭幕之际，结合展陈材料再利用的概念，CABLE将开展一场亲子工作坊，邀请小朋友们以简单的模型等形式搭建自己畅想的未来之家。

通过《#家_万花境》（Kaleidoscopic Home）及系列公共活动，CABLE期待能够开启对话、激发人们对新兴技术和可持续设计在塑造未来居住环境方面的潜力的想象。

CABLE于2021年秋季亮相南头古城if工厂（Idea Factory)，旨在传播城市文化与空间想象，以开放态度和独立思考，持续关注城市、建筑、人文等相关领域的纪录、研究与实践，积极探索介入社会的可能性。CABLE设有展厅与活动空间、书店和驻地工作室，长期举办富有创造力和思考性的公共展览及文化艺术活动，聚合关于城市研究的伙伴力量形成城市文化交流与传播的活跃平台。

CABLE presents exhibitions and events to formulate interdisciplinary conversations about planning, architecture and culture with a specific focus on the city. With flexible spaces that can adapt into gallery, event, bookstore and artist studio, it aims to host public programs in urbanism and related issues, while focusing on local development and community. CABLE opened in the Idea Factory, Nantou City in Fall 2021.

CABLE team also works with various government and corporate entities to create exhibitions that reflect on and communicate challenging topics in urbanization. Through contextual research and interdisciplinary collaboration we deliver programs that bring greater public interest and content value to the burgeoning urban environment.
